antique furnishings huge bath dirty high chair broken lift
the room was spacious with antique furnishings. the bathroom included a huge bath. the dinner at casa was fantastic.
The high chair we were given for my child at breakfast could have done with a wipe. the lift wasn't working . It made things a bit difficult with the car seat.

breakfast selection convenient location canal boat
The location was convenient for walks described in their brochure. The breakfast selection was good. I found holly, the cafe boat on the canal, A MUST.
The wine glasses in the room weren't cleaned properly.

flickering lights poor maintenance
the grand staircase at the entrace, i guess, met expectations.
The room they gave me faced the back and had a view of some air conditioning units, so i heard them all night. I couldnt open a window because there was no air conditioning. the extractor fan wasnt working either, and some lights flickered. Not exactly the relaxing ambience one hopes for.

lovely getaway
attentive staff clean room food selection great value
the staff was attentive. i found a clean room with comfortable bedding. breakfast was excellent, the great selection of food ensured a good start to the day. the location offered great value for money.
I noticed slight wear on the corridor carpets. They seemed a little gathered.

wedding decorations friendly staff perfect organization
The staff introduced themselves personally. This included their specific roles for the ceremony. jen organised the wedding decorations perfectly and the room looked fine. wendy coordinated our plans for months. She answered all questions promptly.
the room felt quite cold even with the heater turned on.
